Empire Beach Aqua Park, Hurghada

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On one hand, the staff, particularly Hamdy at the front desk, were eager to help and even changed our room for a better view. On the other hand, the overall condition of the hotel left a lot to be desired. It's in a great spot, but it felt quite run-down and the dining options were pretty limited and repetitive. The amenities could definitely use some improvement, particularly the pools.
